We’ve started using Crazy Catch in our pre-match warm ups, It helps the guys focus on their hand-eye coordination in the first instance, but we also use it to make warm-ups more competitive. You want players occupied the whole time during a warm-up; moving continuously not standing around waiting for their go.
It’s also important that players are practicing the sorts of actions and skills and preparing the muscles they will be using during the game.
Crazy Catch has proved invaluable in helping me design these sorts of routines and plays an important part in our pre-match routines.
